Gloria F. Stidum is the President of Miracle Revival Inc, and Pastor of Restoration Outreach Community Center (ROCC), founded by her parents, Walter Scott Sr., and the late Doris G Scott. From their leadership, teaching, training, and exemplary life of evangelism and faithful service, Gloria’s compassion and passion for ministry evolved. Gloria’s passion and love for the community birthed new entrepreneurship as Founder and CEO of The Center of Attention Community Development Center (COA), established in 2019.

Leodis has served as a dedicated Deacon, receiving training and mentorship from hisfather-in-law, Apostle Walter Sr., and his mother-in-law, the late Pastor Doris Scott.Leodis is grateful to have been raised in church as a young boy, however, his passionto serve at a greater capacity in Miracle Revival Inc. (Now ROCC) became inevitableafter he dedicated more of his time to be involved in the ministry coming alongside hisspiritual leaders and mentors, Apostle Walter Scott Sr., and Pastor Doris Scott.

Jess’ vision is to stand up and equip a New Generation of Kingdom Men who understand who the King is, what the Kingdom is and what is their place in the Kingdom. Kingdom Men whose mantel and identity are that of Ambassadors of the Kingdom, spiritual warriors and servant leaders who “live lives [of honor, moral courage, and personal integrity] worthy of theGod who [saves you and] calls you into His own kingdom and glory.” 1 Thess. 2.12 (AMP).“For the kingdom of God is not based on talk but on power”.

Pastor Mable presents a direct and serious approach to ministry, through the anointing God has placed on her life. Pastor Mable has a unique style of humor and grace, bringing life-changing results through the anointing God has given her. When she ministers, she likes to give out everything that the Holy Spirit gives to her to ensure that people understand what He is depositing in them.

Pastor Kim became a member of formally named Portland Miracle Revival Church at the age of 18 in 1982 (39 years ago). She was ordained as a minister at the age of 33. She has served in various departments in the church such as finance, ushers, choir, praise team, custodial, hospitality, outreach, decorations, project manager, elderly care centers, pastor’s aide, the governmental 12, Sunday school, drama, and dance team.
